Re-seal original parcel securely complete with all original shirt packaging and repackage using suitable materials. All items must be in "as-new" unused condition. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or refusal of your credit. |

Send the package to our return address either by courier, air or surface mail. We require the return items to be sent as a registered item. Using registered posting guarantees the delivery of the item from one destination to another. (Please note that there will be a slight additional fee.)
The turnaround time for the receipt of your replacement item will depend on which type of delivery method you use. Replacement products will only be sent out upon receipt of returned items. The sender will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, whereas www.bygonepics.com will bear the cost of re-shipping the exchange item back to the customer. Our standard method of delivery will be via air parcel delivery for most items (unless stated otherwise) |
